Three plans: Basic at $99/mo, Pro at $299/mo, and Scale at $599/mo, plus custom pricing once you clear 1,000 jobs a month or run more than one brand. Pay monthly or annually, annual works out to two months free.

Who sets it up?

Accepted Answer

On Pro and Scale, a dedicated account manager does. They learn your business, configure your rewards and tiers, wire up your CRM or ServiceTitan, write the messages your customers see, and get you live, then stay on to tune it. You approve the work; you don't do it. On Basic you run the setup yourself, with guided help and priority support if you get stuck. There's no setup fee on any plan.

What's the difference between the plans?

The core referral loop runs on every plan: the Booking Hub, contact cards, sharing, tiered rewards, payouts, and attribution. As you move up, a few things change. The size cap (Basic fits shops up to 50 jobs or $50k a month, Pro up to 250 or $250k, Scale up to 1,000 or $1M). Branding (Basic uses a frictionless shared subdomain and email; Pro and Scale get your own branded subdomain and email address). And what's included: Pro and Scale add campaigns, team incentives, and a dedicated account manager who builds the whole program for you, while Scale also adds managed conversations that follow up with your homeowners to bring in more booked jobs.

How do the size caps work?

Each plan has two ceilings, a monthly job count and a monthly job revenue, and you're on the plan that fits both. You move up when you cross either one, whichever you hit first. We read both from the CRM or accounting system you connect, so it's your real numbers, not a promise you make on a form. This is a measure of your size, never a cap on how many referrals you can send.

Do I pay rewards on top of the subscription?

Yes, but only when a referred job actually closes and gets paid. The reward to your customer and their friend comes out of the new revenue that job created, never before. No closed job, no reward.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If Referral Booster doesn't pay for itself in your first year, your second year is free. Over the first 12 months we compare the revenue from your referred jobs against what you paid us, and if it comes up short, your next 12 months are on us. The guarantee is for shops with a connected CRM or accounting system, since that visibility is what lets us measure it.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever, there's no long-term contract. When you grow past 1,000 jobs a month, a Custom plan is built to scale with you.

What if I don't use a CRM?

You can start from a simple CSV upload of your customers, no field-service software required. When you connect a CRM or your accounting system, Referral Booster syncs your customers and invoices automatically so the after-job text and reward payouts run on their own. The year-one guarantee needs one of those connections, since it measures real revenue.
